Q: Is this a timeshare?
This is not a timeshare. This is a totally new concept that we are sure you will love.

Q: What's the catch?
Developers are sponsoring this experience to showcase their luxury projects. In exchange for your time at a 90-120 minute presentation, you receive an incredible vacation package at a fraction of the cost.

Q: Are the any hidden fees?
None. The price in any package covers accommodations, all inclusive dining, private transportation, VIP chech-in, WiFi, and taxes. Tips and gratuities are not included - this is the only additional cost.

Q: What if I don't qualify?
If you don't meet the qualifications, you will not be able to proceed to payment. Please review the requirements carefully before applying. If you do not meet all the qualifications and still book, you will be charged the full rack rate.

Q: Which resorts are available?
In Punta Cana we offer Whala! Bávaro, a 4-star, all-inclusive vacation resort located steps from the shores of Playa Bávaro.
In Puerto Plata the hosting is at Casa Marina Sosua, a beautiful 4-star beachfront resort located in the North Coast of Dominican Republic.
Due to the promotional nature of the vacation package, it is sold on a non-refundable basis.
Q: Is my payment refundable?

Q: How long is the presentation?
The presentation lasts 90 to 120 minutes. Both participants must attend together. The presentation date and time will be fixed upon arrival at the resort.

Q: Can I travel with friends too?
The resort and all accommodations are exclusively reserved for two individuals. We strictly prohibit group travel involving two or more couples, regardless of family or friend status, from staying simultaneously. No additional guests, no children.
